My 14 yr. old 85lb.Mastiff laid right down on this premium, high quality pet bed! It supported her perfectly without any sagging. The bed is extremely well made and can blend in with most of your decor. Hopefully I will not be disappointed in 3 months. I will write a follow up review at that time. I received the bed in 3 days which was great. The only disappointment I have was the way it was shipped. The bed itself was not wrapped/sealed in any plastic or any kind of protection,it was just stuffed into a cardboard box. It's a very light colored bed and should have been shipped properly. Would I recommend this bed...100 percent. If you're looking for a big foam slab, save your money and buy one of the cheaper thick foam dog beds. If you want a true memory foam, orthopedic bed you will not find it here. This bed is a large piece of plain foam with 1.5-2 inches of poor quality pseudo-memory foam egg crate on top. My dog is thirteen so I bought her a memory foam, orthopedic bed to help comfort her. Between the Serta name and the reviews, I thought this would be a good bed. I couldn't have been more wrong. I tried lying on the bed to try it out and it's just a piece of foam. It isn't anything like the memory foam I have for myself and sadly my dog prefers her old poly-fill bed to this foam slab. Problem is, dogs being dogs, when they dirty this off-white bed cover, you don't have a replacement cover, for the one you just put into the wash. Serta and/or Amazon needs to make available replacement covers for this bed ASAP. I contacted Serta about this; it's been over a month and they "failed" to even respond to my e-mail query about "replacement covers." That being the case, I will NEVER purchase another Serta product. If this is how they respond to a "small" issue, they are obviously ill-equipped to handle larger ones on their more expensive products. The same problem probably exists for the Serta True Response Memory Foam Pet Bed. I notice their is no replacement cover for this bed either.
