I have used contour pillows for years, and need the support they give after having 2 car accidents in which I was rear-ended.
I need good support, not a mushy pillow. The best pillow I found was a Serta 4 pound density. Unfortunately I accidentally left in in a motel, and now I'm sure the maid sleeps better.
I have been trying to find a replacement, but firm but soft pillows are very hard to find.
Since this is a Serta, and the seller proclaimed that it had a 6 pound shipping weight (instead of the more accurate density information) I thought I would try it.
When it came out of the package, 4 letter expletives began to involuntarily emanate from my mouth.

This pillow is absolute MUSH, and would not give even marginal support to my neck. I'm returning it. What a disappointment.
