It was horrible. Didn't work at all. I lasted all of a half an hour before I had to give him his old pillow back. Brookstone refuses to refund the item because it's considered a "personal item". Their customer service said I couldn't contact the manufacturer for a refund because it was made in China, recommended I try to sell it on Ebay as a solution. It's almost like an internet scam. Sona-Pillow didn't come with pillow case and cost in addition to pillow itself. It is smaller than Sona-Pillow. Sona-Pillow was bigger and it may take a lot of space on the bed. However, I purchased Sona-Pillow again. This new anti-snore pillow didn't do its job for me. Side sleeping is difficult because no space to put arm under pillow. Still my ear harts with ear cup which supposed to make space for ear. I tried to review on Brookstone website.
